1. General Provisions and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the company operating the bd bj platform and any person who uses the bd bj website, mobile app, or any related services. Accessing the site, registering, or beginning to use any service constitutes automatic acceptance of these Terms.

bd bj provides services only to those who voluntarily wish to use this platform and are aware of the applicable laws in their country. These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. If a translation exists in any other language, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To register on bd bj and participate in any betting or casino activity, the applicant must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. If a false age is provided at the time of registration, the account will be closed immediately and all balances in that account may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, bd bj reserves the right to merge or close them. Any related bonuses may be cancelled in such cases.

2.3 Registration Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. If any information changes, the member must update it on their account promptly. Providing false information may result in the account being temporarily suspended or permanently closed.

3. Account Security and Identity Verification

3.1 Login Credential Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. This information should not be given to any third party. bd bj will never ask a member for their password via email, SMS, or phone — any such request should be treated as fraudulent.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

bd bj reserves the right to verify a member's identity in specific situations for secure payments and account protection. As part of the verification process, any one of the following documents may be requested:

• Scan or photo of both sides of the National ID (NID)
• Photo of the first page of a passport
• Driving licence
• Recent bank statement or mobile banking transaction proof

bd bj reserves the right to temporarily hold the withdrawal process until verification is complete.

3.3 Suspicious Activity

If unusual transactions or login attempts are detected on an account, bd bj may temporarily suspend it for investigation. In such cases, the member will be notified via email or live chat.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

Funds may be deposited on bd bj only through the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100 (one hundred taka).

Deposits from a third party's account are strictly prohibited. The source of deposit must be a mobile banking or bank account registered in the member's own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

Members may withdraw from their balance via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal requests generally take 15 minutes to 2 hours to process.

Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawing. Withdrawals will be held if the wagering requirements of any active bonus have not been met.

4.3 Failed Transactions

If a transaction fails due to technical reasons, bd bj will assist the member via live chat or email. If a failed deposit is not automatically returned within 24 hours, please contact the support team.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to receive this bonus. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10 times the bonus amount — that is, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount before withdrawing any winnings from it. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500, and the wagering requirement ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000.

5.2 Other Promotions

bd bj regularly runs various promotions. Each promotion has its own terms, which are detailed on the relevant promotion page. Current promotions include weekly reload bonuses, slots festival bonuses, cricket bonuses, birthday rewards, and refer-a-friend bonuses.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• Bonuses may only be used for betting and gaming on the bd bj platform — they cannot be withdrawn directly.
• If a withdrawal is made from the bonus balance before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus and any related winnings will be cancelled.
• bd bj reserves the right to investigate any suspicious bonus activity and cancel bonuses where necessary.
• Bonus offers may be changed or cancelled without prior notice.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Limits

bd bj sets specific minimum and maximum betting limits for each game and betting market, which are visible in the relevant game interface. Bets outside these limits will not be accepted.

6.2 Technical Errors

Payouts, bonuses, or results displayed incorrectly due to a software or system error will be considered void. In such cases, bd bj reserves the right to make corrections and will notify the member.

6.3 Game Provider Rules

Games displayed on the bd bj platform are supplied by various third-party providers (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Evolution, Spribe). Each game has its own RTP and rules, which are visible within the game. bd bj does not determine the outcomes of these games.

6.4 Market Cancellation

In sports betting, if an event is cancelled or left unresolved, the bets on that market will be cancelled and the original stake returned. If an event is abandoned after it has started on the field, settlement will follow bd bj's specific policy.

7. Responsible Gaming Terms

bd bj believes that gaming and betting should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress. We therefore follow a responsible gaming policy and encourage every member to do the same. Members may use the following tools if they wish:

8. Prohibited Activities and Fraud

• Involvement in match fixing or artificially determining results
• Operating an account using automated bots or scripts
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Attempting to access another member's account without authorisation
• Using the bd bj brand name or logo without permission

If such activity is detected, the relevant account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited. bd bj reserves the right to take legal action where applicable.

9. Intellectual Property and Content Rights

All content published on the bd bj website and app — text, images, graphics, logos, audio, and video material — is the property of bd bj or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members may view the site's content for personal and non-commercial purposes. However, republishing, modifying, distributing, or using any content commercially without prior written permission from bd bj is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

bd bj is not liable for the following:

• Loss of any bet or game session due to internet disconnection
• Transaction delays resulting from a third-party payment provider's service disruption
• Issues with the member's own device or network
• Service disruption caused by unforeseen natural disasters or force majeure events
• Any loss resulting from a member sharing their account credentials with a third party

11. Account Closure and Termination

11.1 Closure at Member's Request

Any member may request to close their account via live chat or email. All active bets must be settled and any valid balance must be withdrawn before the request is processed.

11.2 Account Termination by bd bj

bd bj reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Serious breach of these Terms
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information
• Evidence of fraud or bonus abuse
• Order from a court or authority

If an account is closed, the member will be notified by email and the process of returning any valid balance (if applicable) will begin.

12. Changes to Terms

bd bj reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified in advance via email or a site notice.
